I walk by a beautiful property and always think to myself how beautiful it would be for photos, but I didn’t know the owners. One day last month, I decided to drop a note in the mail box. I explained who I was and about my business and asked if they would allow me to take photos there. I thought the worst that could happen was they say “no” or I never hear back….That same day they got back to me and told me I was welcome any time.
Faith in humanity restored, and I had my first senior portrait session there with my senior rep, Gracie. It turns out, the location was even dreamier than I thought it would be!
Gracie is beautiful inside and out and looked stunning at all our locations. We started out at a local coffee shop, The Lost Sheep. I loved the details of this location. Gracie brought a favorite book, and we took some cozy photos inside. She changed into her cap and gown, and we took some fun ones outside with a home town mural by Odessa Helm.
Our favorite photos of the night were at the private property with a gorgeous field and pond. We arrived right at “golden hour”, and Gracie’s personality shines bright in these photos. I can’t wait for you to see them all!
I’m so glad the fun didn’t have to end here because I get to have Gracie in front of my camera all year long as senior rep! I’m excited to document her senior year and can’t wait to see what is in store for her.
